After searching the BEST ROM for my phone (Sensation 4G), I stumbled with a build that actually met my expectations.
-Longer battery.
-Speed improvements.
-Less junk and useless, annoying animations.
The ROM is called Bulletproof ( version 0.9 and updating frequently ) and it can be found over at THIS LINK.
Instructions to set it up like in the video below!!
1. Download the ROM from the link above, then place it in your SD Card (In the Root Folder) And restart your phone in Recovery Mode ( Power Off, remove battery, insert battery back. Press and hold Volume Down Button + Power Button, When you enter the Boot Mode, Select Recovery Mode)
NOTE: Remeber that your phone must be S-OFF for it to work !!!
Finally, install the ROM from the “Install ZIP from SD Card” option. It is recommend it to do a full wipe before installing the ROM. Get the Wipe Zip HERE and just install it before the ROM.
2. Now go ahead and download the NO SENSE script to remove all the HTC stuff (which I hate) HERE.
Make sure to install it after the first succesful bootup on the NEW ROM you just Installed !!
3. That’s it, you are good to go. Now Download Titanium BackUp from the Android Market in your phone and remove all the junk you don’t need. Additionally, Back up your Apps and Data.
EXTRAS: In the Video I am using Launcher Pro, which you can get it from the Android Market for free, as the main Launcher of my phone as well as the clock widget called Sense Analog Clock (also free)!!
Finally, configure your settings, look and feel of your ROM, and be happy BLOATWARE FREE!!

The Rom is very stable and as you can see in the video, I had to make some changes to it to get it just right. However, I think companies should stop loading phones with tons of bloatware that ultimately just decreases speed and gives a terrible experience to costumers. Well, It will not happen because they just care to make money, so I care to remove their stuff off my phone

Is there any reason why my connection is only showing 3G when I know I’m in a 4G zone?
Well It depends in the Icons you are using !!! I reccomend you to look for some help at the XDA Developers site. I can assure you that sometimes the phone uses 3G for 4G as well!! Good luck !!
